Basketball: Shoot hoops in our full sized gymnasium.

Badminton: Smack a bird. We have drop in badminton.

Pickleball: A relatively new, exciting, and very popular sport to SLSFSC. A cross between badminton, tennis, and ping pong. Come give it a shot. Old or young, you will love it!

Zumba: Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music, created by Grammy Award-winning producers, and contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive.

Cardio Boxing: Cardio-boxing is a great way to condition the whole body because it builds muscle strength, endurance, balance, agility and coordination all at the same time.

Yoga: Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in North America. It is the branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures, breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

Ball Hockey: Come play ball hockey this spring/ summer on our Totem Arena Dry Pads. All you need is a stick, gloves, and running shoes!
