Phase 1 & 2 Fundraising
Phase 1 and 2 were completed in 2000 and 2004 respectively. Phase 1 involved the first construction of the facility and the Totem Arena, while Phase 2 saw the construction of the Fieldhouse facilities.

Details.
- Phase 1 - Completed in the fall of 2000, the Arena was the first development of the society. Used year round for ice hockey, figure skating, ringette, inline hockey and lacrosse, the Arena was a welcome addition to Cochrane’s existing sports facilities. The Cochrane Chamber of Commerce and Footstock use the Arena to host their events every year. Size of Phase 1: 49,956 feet2 or 5,142 meters2
- Phase 2 - Completed in January 2004, the Field House was a welcome addition to the Centre. This second phase is connected directly to the east face of Phase 1. The field house added an indoor turf field, a gymnasium, a running/walking track, a gymnastics centre, a fitness centre, physiotherapy and massage services, a day care with preschool and before and after school care, a skating treadmill, an expanded pro shop, two meeting rooms and an administrative centre. Size of Phase 2 - 59,956 feet2 or 5,567 meters2
