Sports and Fitness Programming for Cochrane and Area The Spray Lake Sawmills Family Sports Centre and the Cochrane Arena offer a wide variety of sports and fitness programming, accessed primarily through local user groups. The seasonal programming for the various user groups is coordinated between the user group leaders and SLSFSC administration. In addition to Group Programs a number of drop-in opportunities are available to the general public. Such as: Public Skating, Adult Shinny, Indoor Turf and Gymnasium activities. To confirm drop-in availability, check our Schedules & Bookings. Please check in at the SLSFSC Reception desk to sign in and pay for all drop-in activities. Facility rentals are affordable and available to the public for Birthday Parties and many other group or family sports activities. Contact our administration office for more information.
