General Facility Rules and Regulations
- Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children. Running and horseplay are not permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the facility.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted in licensed areas only.
- Remain off of ice until Ice Resurfacer is finished and the gates are closed.
- Fighting, swearing, and inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Please keep all fire exits/hydrants, doors or any marked areas clear. Vehicles or bicycles blocking them will be towed or removed at owner’s expense.
- Pucks and balls are to be used only on the playing surface. Anyone hitting pucks or balls against walls etc. will be required to clean the area or pay for damages.
- The Recreation Park is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
- Dressing rooms are to be vacated within a half hour after activity and left in a neat, orderly manner. All tape and refuse is to be placed in garbage cans.
- Vandalism and damage to the Recreation Park and facilities will result in the prosecution of the guilty parties.
- Anyone activating the emergency sprinkler system without cause to do so will be charged for damages and may face a criminal offence.
- All incidents/accidents are to be reported to Recreation Park staff.
- Bicycles, skateboards, heelies, scooters, and pets are to be left outside the facility.
- Use of the Recreation Park and its facilities are at the user’s own risk.
Any infractions of these rules and regulations may result in immediate ejection or suspension from the Park and its’ facilities and may include fines.
