Students will develop strength, flexibility, balance and calmness while exploring a variety of postures in a mixed-level environment.
  9:30 AM 10:10 AM Drop-in Heavy Bag Blaster Drop-in Heavy Bag Blaster Martial Arts Studio This class is similar to Heavy Bag Fitness, but completed in just 40 minutes so itís great for those of you with jam packed schedules! Between plyometrics and instruction in basic Muai Thai/Kickboxing skills, participants learn to hit the heavy bag in this challenging and fast paced class. All skill levels welcome. Please bring your own gloves. We do have two pairs of loaners if itís your first time trying the class. Hand wraps are required if borrowing our gloves (sold for $8.50 at Guest Services).

  6:15 AM 7:00 AM Drop-in Muscle Pump Drop-in Muscle Pump Large Program Room Benefits of an early morning workouts, crucial hormones (i.e., testosterone) that help build muscle mass are elevated in the body. Take advantage of these naturally circulating hormones as they're peaking. Getting it done leaves times for other priorities and youíll be less likely to skip your workout. Youíll be more focused when you reach the office or school, a great way to start off the day. This class is a high-energy, total-body workout that focuses on every muscle group at an intensity that will simultaneously improve both your strength and endurance while increasing lean muscle mass. This class incorporates a variety of exercises and equipment with Metabolic Resistance Training method. Increasing lean muscle mass will help you to burn calories even when you are not working out so itís ideal for healthy weight control.

Our trainers and facility provide a supportive safe environment to help with endurance, strength, flexibility and balance training. Come join a fun group of dedicated people who want to be active forever.
  12:10 PM 12:50 PM Drop-In Tabata Mix Drop-In Tabata Mix Large Program Room This class is known to be ďFast and FuriousĒ. With very little rest, we use Tabata based timed exercises to get a complete cardio and strength workout all in 40 minutes! Not for the weak of heart or the weak of will!
Tabata training is a type of high intensity interval training that follows a specific format 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercises (e.g., sprints), 10 seconds of rest . Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. Tabata athletes and participants will notice an improvement in their body's ability to use oxygen more effectively, which translated into improved performance for your competition/sport/ fitness level or daily functions. High intensity interval training with a rest period shorter than the work period can target both our anaerobic, the system responsible for short, high intensity exercise, such as sprints and our aerobic energy systems, used for endurance exercise such as long, slow running.
Tuesdays will include approximately 20 minutes of spin.

With the emphasis on longer, static holds, there is less flow-based movement and more depth in each asana. The teacher will guide you through a combination of standing, seated and lying postures that will challenge balance, strength and flexibility.

  7:15 PM 8:00 PM Drop-in Pound Drop-in Pound Large Program Room POUNDģ is a full-body drumming workout that uniquel combines cardio, conditionaing, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks (Ripstixģ).
All fitness levels are encouraged to participate as the wokrout is easily modifieable and the alternative vibe appeals to men and women!

  9:00 AM 10:00 AM Drop-In Core Fit Drop-in Core Fit Large Program Room Your core describes more than two dozen abdominals, lower back and hip muscles that stabilize your spine to keep your torso upright. Your core muscles also allow your torso bend forward, back, side to side as well as rotate. Your core is critical in everything you do, except perhaps while youíre sleeping. In this class we will target all the aspects of your core making a strong base of support for all your daily activities. We will target, your abdominals, lower back, hips and the glutes in every class using a few different pieces of equipment, stability balls disk and of course your own body weight.

  12:10 PM 12:50 PM Drop-In Tabata Mix Drop-In Tabata Mix Large Program Room This class is known to be ďFast and FuriousĒ. With very little rest, we use Tabata based timed exercises to get a complete cardio and strength workout all in 40 minutes! Not for the weak of heart or the weak of will!
Tabata training is a type of high intensity interval training that follows a specific format 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercises (e.g., sprints), 10 seconds of rest . Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. Tabata athletes and participants will notice an improvement in their body's ability to use oxygen more effectively, which translated into improved performance for your competition/sport/ fitness level or daily functions. High intensity interval training with a rest period shorter than the work period can target both our anaerobic, the system responsible for short, high intensity exercise, such as sprints and our aerobic energy systems, used for endurance exercise such as long, slow running.
Tuesdays will include approximately 20 minutes of spin.

Your core muscles also allow your torso bend forward, back, side to side as well as rotate. Your core is critical in everything you do, except perhaps while youíre sleeping. In this class we will target all the aspects of your core making a strong base of support for all your daily activities. We will target, your abdominals, lower back, hips and the glutes in every class using a few different pieces of equipment, stability balls disk and of course your own body weight.

  12:10 PM 12:50 PM Drop-In Tabata Mix Drop-In Tabata Mix Large Program Room This class is known to be ďFast and FuriousĒ. With very little rest, we use Tabata based timed exercises to get a complete cardio and strength workout all in 40 minutes! Not for the weak of heart or the weak of will!
Tabata training is a type of high intensity interval training that follows a specific format 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercises (e.g., sprints), 10 seconds of rest . Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. Tabata athletes and participants will notice an improvement in their body's ability to use oxygen more effectively, which translated into improved performance for your competition/sport/ fitness level or daily functions. High intensity interval training with a rest period shorter than the work period can target both our anaerobic, the system responsible for short, high intensity exercise, such as sprints and our aerobic energy systems, used for endurance exercise such as long, slow running.
Tuesdays will include approximately 20 minutes of spin.

Your core muscles also allow your torso bend forward, back, side to side as well as rotate. Your core is critical in everything you do, except perhaps while youíre sleeping. In this class we will target all the aspects of your core making a strong base of support for all your daily activities. We will target, your abdominals, lower back, hips and the glutes in every class using a few different pieces of equipment, stability balls disk and of course your own body weight.
