Learn how to make your movement the most efficient it can be, move in pain free range of motion, with emphasis on moving breath and ease in motion. Learning the many modifications available in each pose so that you can practice in a way that honours the strengths and accepts the limitations of your body on any given day.

All fitness levels are encouraged to participate as the wokrout is easily modifieable and the alternative vibe appeals to men and women!
