Exercise classes will keep the fundamentals and focus on engaging specific muscles such as the Upper Body, Core and Glutes. This class will continue strengthening your body as a whole. There will be a theory portion as well as a workout portion to the classes and as your strength and knowledge of proper form progresses, you will have access to a variety of classes offered here at Spray Lakes. Includes Boot camps, spin classes, yoga, martial arts as well as Zumba. The goal from Shed it was to strengthen your body as well as gain the self-confidence you need to comfortably participate in a variety of classes on your own. We hope you join us for a class or two. The nutrition portion will be guided by the principle that diets do not work and that your body needed to be properly fueled to be healthy. Meal planning, healthy lifelong habits, portion control without starvation or denying yourself the pleasure of food, will be the keys to success.

These ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout.
